Join us for a fun class on utilizing the ever-present-prolific beneficial bacteria, lactobacillus to create probiotic, shelf-stable, pickles. This is a great and simple method for dealing with extra veggies from the garden, while simultaneously infusing them with life-enhancing beneficial bacteria. These bacteria are responsible for proper digestion, assimilation, absorption, and elimination. It can be helpful with a range of diseases from Krohn’s and leaky gut syndrome to candida and gout. These bacteria also are responsible for creating the serotonin and dopamine in our brain and are important for mental health.
