1 Grapefruit
1 TBSP butter
1-2 TBSP honey 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Also suggested:
1 dollop of yogurt or whipped cream

Half the grapefruit through its equator. Using a paring knife, cut sections away from their membranes and between the pith and the fruit. Place grapefruit halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter and honey on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 

If Broiling, broil grapefruits for 2-5 minutes or until honey caramelizes on top. 
If baking set the oven to 375 and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Add a dollop of yogurt if you like. Enjoy!
