Forget strawberries! Make these Chocolate-Dipped Blood Oranges. This recipe is SO simple yet looks and tastes SO decadent.
4 Blood Oranges
1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
1 TBSP Himalayan Pink Salt Crystals
Zest one of the oranges; set aside the zest. Set chocolate in a double boiler or melt carefully in the microwave. Peel all the oranges and separate slices while chocolate is melting. Dip chocolate over half of each of the orange slices. Sprinkle with zest and Himalayan salt. Let cool for 10 minutes in the fridge. Enjoy!
